Overview
MM Electrical Merchandising (MMEM), part of the Metal Manufactures Group established in 1916, is Australia's leading trade wholesale distribution business with over 320 warehouses nationwide. As part of their continuous expansion and modernisation efforts, MMEM's Haymans branch required a comprehensive storage and display solution to optimise their electrical, communications, solar, and lighting component distribution operations.
The project involved designing and implementing a complete storage infrastructure solution encompassing both customer-facing showroom displays and efficient warehouse storage systems to support MMEM's decentralised service centre model and their commitment to providing customised inventory solutions to local customers.

The Haymans branch faced several operational challenges that required immediate attention:
