Our client, an electrical wholesaler based in Southern NSW, got in touch because he had antiquated, steel gondola style shelving which was low height and therefore not maximising his available air space. The lack of height and the overall layout of the existing shelving was old and inefficient, meaning that the organisation, storage and display of his products was challenging to say the least.
The Storeplan team worked with the client to create a layout that would make the most of all available space, both vertical & floor space.
Our install team supplied and installed the Longspan shelving system at 2400mm H, which allowed the client to efficiently and effectively store his range of quality electrical products.
All products now have clear locations, so it not only makes our clients customers’ experience a better one, but also means product checks, stock allocation & stocktakes etc are a breeze.
Should our client grow his business further we do have provision to put a mezzanine floor on top of this Longspan shelving system to make further use of available ‘wasted’ vertical height.
